Aunque solo sean unos d\u00edas. Los famosos 5 d\u00edas por ejemplo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-1-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-342bf3465dee9ec827dcd69261f9cd84\"><strong>Introducir h\u00e1bitos saludables poco a poco<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Intentaremos introducir h\u00e1bitos saludables<\/strong>\u00a0como el de cenar poquito, o menos, y b\u00e1sicamente alimentos \u201cligeros\u201d \u00a0(caldos vegetales, pur\u00e9s de verduras, yogures, alimentos cocinados a la plancha, fruta al horno\u2026). As\u00ed, de paso, conseguiremos descansar mejor, durmiendo mejor gracias a una digesti\u00f3n menos pesada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-1-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-ddefa81ac0b95aa83fa069e08f4575ce\"><strong>Practicar deporte<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00a0Y\u2026 volveremos a practicar deporte.<\/strong>\u00a0Es indispensable para todos los equilibrios del organismo. Si sois deportistas asiduos, pues nada, ya lo sab\u00e9is. Si no lo sois, pues\u2026empezad a serlo. \u00a0Y si no sab\u00e9is por d\u00f3nde empezar, pues empezad\u00a0andando.\u00a01 hora al d\u00eda a buen ritmo, \u00a1cada d\u00eda!\u00a0Solo con realizar este ejercicio tan b\u00e1sico, os garantizo que os sentir\u00e9is mejor r\u00e1pidamente (pero no el primer d\u00eda). Todos los componentes de vuestra buena salud (tensi\u00f3n arterial, concentraci\u00f3n de colesterol en sangre, estado an\u00edmico\u2026) se ir\u00e1n normalizando poco a poco. Y adelgazar\u00e9is.
